Our vision mission is to provide accessible, affordable, individual and professional health care for all visitors and residence of the Whitsunday area.

• 121 Medical Centre established By Dr YEHIA EL-BAKY and his wife GIHAN EL-BAKY in 2006 to offer the best medical service to the visitors and residents of Whiysundays and surrounding areas.

• Appointment: Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred doctor and time. Our receptionist medical team will attempt to contact you if there is any unforeseen delay. Longer consultation times are available, so please ask our receptionist if you require extra time

• Walk in: We will try to offer consultation for walk in patients, the receptionist will explain to you the possibility of seeing the doctor and the waiting time.

• Practice Consultation Fees: Our Medical Centre is Private billing for consultation, but we sill offers Bulk billing for aged pensioners over 65 years old, children up to 13 years old and DVA patients.

• After Hours: The practice provide after hour care for Whitsunday area. A doctor from the practice is available to discuss and deal with any emergencies you might have outside working hours. To access this service, call the medical centre and follow the instruction.

• Home Visit: 121 Medical Centre has the service of home visit for the patient who is unable to attend the medical centre. Needs to be arranged with the treating doctor.

We have four highly professional doctors supported by two nurses and four medical receptionist.
